You can access the Navigating a Stressful World: CBT for Anxiety through a smartphone or your computer. You can do this at your own pace, and from the comfort of your own home, whenever you like.
No-you can work through this program on your own. No appointments, no phone calls.
The program is broken into small, manageable videos to allow you to go through them at your own pace. We recommend practicing the skills and techniques described before moving on to new skills. You are able to rewatch the videos whenever you want (and we recommend you do so until you are really comfortable with the content). If used as recommended, going through the whole program effectively should take you anywhere from 3-5 weeks to complete.
This is NOT therapy, but yet a self-help program developed by experienced therapists with people like you in mind. Some people benefit from completing the program before therapy (while waiting for an appointment), or to reinforce skills they are learning, or to review what they once got from a CBT therapist. It's also good for people who may not have access for therapy, or those who could use support, but may not need the regularity of therapy at this point.
